We will repair or replace the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage.

To be eligible for a return, your must return in the original packaging.

Please be very careful when entering information for personalized items as these items are not covered by our return policy unless the item arrives damaged/faulty or there was an error on our behalf. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, unless you wish to have to item replaced free of charge.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 Business days before your refund is officially posted to your account.
